Tijdens deze wandeling herbeleef je de glorietijd van de wijk. We blijven volledig in het residentiële gedeelte, waar de gids je meeneemt in het verhaal achter het unieke aanlegplan van deze verkaveling. Dit meesterlijke ontwerp, getekend door Alexis Dumont tussen 1902 en 1904, vormt de basis van de bijzondere sfeer die je vandaag nog steeds voelt.
